Hey there! I'm glad you're here. I'm on a mission to spice up the leadership development scene with some lively and engaging training. I used to dread those snooze-worthy professional development sessions, so I've made it my mission to create workshops and trainings where you can kick back, have some fun, and leave feeling pumped up and armed with fresh tools you can use right away. That's what we're all about at RespondAbility Leadership! Think of us as your personal trainer for boosting your professional skills – and no shouting involved!

My story
Before RespondAbility was even a thought, my life seemed overwhelmed with challenges. It was beautiful and full of love with four kids, two working parents, numerous pets, and LOTS of activities. Even "regular" days could feel like chaos, but then actual chaos happened—a car accident, sports injuries, a newly-disabled spouse, job changes, cancer. We seemed to operate in crisis mode more than I felt I could handle sometimes, but I had to.
It was through these experiences that the seed for RespondAbility was planted. People would say, "I don't know how you manage it all," or "How do you keep going when you have so much on your plate?" I needed help. I needed a supportive community and resources for managing, coping and just being ME. So, I envisioned a space where women could connect, grow, and thrive with others who understood their overwhelm.
Today, RespondAbility is a testament to my unwavering commitment to empower women everywhere. Focusing on resilience and continuous growth, we inspire women to lead their lives with confidence, command, and unwavering grace.
